Perched near the top of Hualalai Resort lies this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom estate residence. This brand new home boasts lavish indoor and outdoor spaces and a commanding view of the Kohala coast and Maui, just about 7 minutes via golf cart to the resort pools and restaurants.

There are two primary suites, each with two queen beds. One is located on the north end and one located on the south end of the home. Each primary suite offers ocean views through pocket doors and oversized ensuite baths with deep soaking tubs and garden showers. Three additional guest suites are in the main home, including two suites with two double beds each and one king bedded suite. All have four piece baths and three have garden showers. The sixth suite with a king bed is located in a separate ohana (guest house) with kitchenette and is accessed through the courtyard. It features its own ensuite three piece bath with garden shower.

A light, airy and contemporary great room with ocean views creates space to gather together. The chef’s kitchen is large and expansive, featuring a 6-burner dual fuel Wolf range, full size Sub-Zero refrigerator, separate full-size Sub-Zero freezer and dual dishwashers. A separate outdoor great room offers additional spaces to gather and dine and is complemented by a grill station featuring a Wolf gas grill and Sub-Zero coolers. Lounge in comfort and luxury in the oversized infinity-edge pool, complete with spa, and wet deck. Flawless Hualalai sunsets are best enjoyed gathered around the fire pit or relaxing in the custom hammock. Not to be missed is the large game room for a few rounds of shuffleboard or air hockey.
